Buying by bank transfer

Buying crypto with us is completely free for the first CHF500 (or equivalent) that you buy in a year (except delivery fee when applicable)! Above that, we charge a small percentage on the best exchange rate that we can get on the market as pro traders. This is the only way we pay ourselves, not through hidden fees. If you have MPS tokens, you can buy crypto for free up to CHF50,000 per year!

Refund fee

If we receive a transaction that is not compliant with our service's terms and conditions and if you choose to not comply with the steps that we will request by email, we reserve the right to charge a CHF 20 processing fee (or equivalent) to return the funds to their origin.

Network costs

The network cost of initiating a swap transaction is at your expense.

Network costs are the fees that the servers running a blockchain charge for processing transactions. Those fees are determined by the blockchain itself in real time, in function of the network's utilization. They are therefore out of our control. The network costs are charged in the blockchain's native cryptocurrency:

Free exchange credit

Your fee-free transaction credit is consumed by your exchange operations and is valid for an entire year. It resets and refills each year on January 1st.
