This guide shows you how to sell cryptocurrency and withdraw funds in GBP with us, through our web interface or through our mobile app Bridge Wallet.

Transactions in GBP are only available to users who have verified their identity. To do so, click on the person's icon on the top right and follow the instructions to sign up and verify your identify.
Once done, we will review your information and you will receive a notification email as soon as the review will be complete.
Once your identification will be complete, choose the following things:
Then, click the green "Sell" button to continue.
Choose one of the available options to connect a wallet and choose the address that will send the crypto.
If you already have a profile with us, you will be able to choose one of the wallet addresses that are linked to your profile, or add a new one.
Enter here the coordinates of your UK bank account where you want to receive your funds.

Send your crypto to our wallet address, using one of the methods available here.
⚠️ You must send crypto from the wallet that you have selected at step 4.

Once we will have received your crypto, you will receive a notification email to confirm it (please note that it can take several hours to be sent).
After that, we'll proceed to convert your crypto into GBP. You will receive a second notification email with the detail of your transaction as soon as your bank transfer will have been sent.

Go to the screen of the cryptocurrency that you want to sell, click "Receive" and transfer crypto to that address. You can cash out different cryptocurrencies from different networks, to switch network use the network icon on the upper left of the screen. You can see the list of cryptocurrencies available for cash outs on this page.
Bridge Wallet being a non-custodial app, please note that you will need to cover network costs to cash out your cryptocurrency. More info on our support page.
Click the "Sell" button and choose "Sell by bank transfer".
You can cash out cryptocurrency in 19 different fiat currencies. Choose one of these and you will see our all-inclusive exchange rate.
Click "Next" to continue.
Enter the coordinates of the bank account on which you want to receive your funds. You can find more info about supported bank accounts here.
Once you click the "Send & sell" button, your cryptocurrency will be withdrawn from your wallet. We will convert it to GBP as soon as we receive it, then transfer funds to your UK bank account. You will receive a confirmation email with the detail of your transaction as soon as your bank transfer will have been sent.
The funds should appear on your bank account shortly after.
