Without being verified, you can buy up to CHF 999 worth of POL per month. If you are verified, that limit is lifted and there will be no maximum amount of POL that you can buy with us. For larger amounts, we might simply ask you some extra information about the origin of your funds. For transactions worth CHF 100,000 or more, please use our OTC service.

We deliver your POL on your wallet shortly after we receive your payment. We do so as fast as possible on a best effort basis and it usually takes from a few minutes to a few hours, depending on various factors (liquidity, network congestion, etc). Deliveries are processed automatically most of the time, but can be held for manual review by our compliance team. In such cases, manual reviews are done during office hours from Monday to Friday.

It's not possible to cancel a purchase once your POL have been delivered to your wallet. If you have made your payment but haven't received your POL yet, you can try to contact us and we will see if it's still possible to cancel your order.

Yes, with M Pelerin you can buy POL by sending a euro bank transfer over the SEPA network to M Pelerin's Swiss bank account, since Switzerland is in the SEPA zone. The transfer itself is free and arrives within one business day in most cases.

We do not support SEPA Instant transfers at the moment. If you still send us a SEPA Instant transfer, it will be processed as a regular SEPA transfer.

Standard SEPA bank transfers usually take between a couple of hours to two business days to arrive on our bank account.

When buying POL by card/Google Pay/Apple Pay, we receive your payment instantly but it doesn't guarantee that we deliver your POL instantly. We do so on a best effort basis, but it is not always possible for various compliance or liquidity reasons.

Yes, if you have a personal IBAN with us anyone can send you bank transfers that you will receive in POL in your wallet. Without a personal IBAN, bank transfers to buy POL must come from a bank account that belongs to you and that is labeled in your name.

No, you can only purchase POL with us for yourself. However, once the POL are on your wallet you are free to transfer them to whoever you want.
