We deliver your BTC on your wallet shortly after we receive your payment. We do so as fast as possible on a best effort basis and it usually takes from a few minutes to a few hours, depending on various factors (liquidity, network congestion, etc). Deliveries are processed automatically most of the time, but can be held for manual review by our compliance team. In such cases, manual reviews are done during office hours from Monday to Friday.
It's not possible to cancel a Bitcoin purchase once your BTC have been delivered to your wallet. If you have made your payment but haven't received your BTC yet, you can try to contact us and we will see if it's still possible to cancel your order.
Yes, with Mt Pelerin you can buy Bitcoin by sending a local Swiss bank transfer (SIC) in CHF, which is free and usually arrives within the same business day.
Instant Swiss bank transfers are new in Switzerland and not all banks support them yet, including ours so we don't support instant CHF transfers yet.
Yes, with Mt Pelerin you can buy Bitcoin by sending a euro bank transfer over the SEPA network to Mt Pelerin's Swiss bank account, since Switzerland is in the SEPA zone. The transfer itself is free and arrives within one business day in most cases.
We do not support SEPA Instant transfers at the moment. If you still send us a SEPA Instant transfer, it will be processed as a regular SEPA transfer.
Standard SEPA bank transfers usually take between a couple of hours to two business days to arrive on our bank account.
